PRODUCT AVAILABILITY; PRICES; ORDERS: All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change, at medibles' discretion. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping charges. We do not charge, and you are solely responsible, for taxes and duties of any sort. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders. In addition, if we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities.

PAYMENT METHODS. For online orders, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and over 70 cryptocurrencies. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. For certain payment methods, you may be charged a processing fee, foreign exchange/translation fee (international orders) or other fees; you are solely responsible for the payment of any such fees. medibles is not responsible for any charges, errors or losses that may result from any payment method used by you for the purchase of our products.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: Our credit card processing system runs through an international bank, which for the moment is a completely standard practice with American hemp companies. With the passage of the Industrial Hemp Banking Act of 2018, this would change.

In rare cases, your credit card company may charge a small international transaction fee and might flag your transaction as suspicious. If your card is declined, we suggest you call your credit card company and/or bank to clear the transaction and then place a new order.

COUPONS: Coupon codes, including the first order coupon code, ‘first-time,’ cannot be combined with any other coupon code, or any other promotional or wholesale discount.

SHIPPING: We generally ship all items within 1 or 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site. We ship through U.S. Postal Service, and packages can be tracked through their website.

We fill domestic orders via U.S. Postal Service priority mail, which generally results in delivery within 2 to 3 days. Medibles requires a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $250 or more. Requests for use of a courier service or overnight shipping cannot be processed on this website; however, we generally can accommodate these request if you place your order by phone at the telephone number first appearing above.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. Medibles is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government or acts of God.

You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and authorizations. Customs and import duties may apply to international sales. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to verify whether the country to which you are having products delivered permits the importation of those products and whether customs or import duties or similar charges will apply. Medibles is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

LOST PACKAGES: If a package gets lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), Medibles will not be responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,” which means U.S. Postal Service or the courier service successfully delivered the package to the specified address. If the tracking information says delivered, yet it’s lost anyway, we ask that you check with housemates or family to see if they received the package without telling the intended recipient. This scenario happens fairly often.

PRODUCT DEFECTS & DAMAGED PACKAGES: We allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. Please contact us at 866-546-0694 or bewell@medibles.io and one of our Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you.

Limited to one return or exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $110.00 qualify for a refund. We do not take returns based on taste. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.

If your product was purchased through a Medibles distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Medibles™ Subscribers receive shipments approximately every four weeks containing an approximately thirty day supply of hemp derived products.

Medibles™ provides an automatically recurring subscription service. When you register for our subscription service, approximately every four weeks thereafter you will receive a package from Medibles™ containing your order. You can find specific details regarding your order and the Medibles™ Service (“Account”) by emailing bewell@medibles.io.

When you register for your subscription service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (A) Medibles™ (or our third party payment processor) is automatically authorized to charge your payment method approximately every four weeks for your subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your subscription continues, and (B) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it in accordance with the terms herein or until we suspend the subscription service or stop providing access to the site or products in our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Medibles™ is not required to obtain any additional authorization from you for such automatic, recurring payments, and that your payment method will be charged at least one full business day before your order is shipped. You may pause or adjust the frequency of your recurring order as often as you'd like by managing your delivery from your delivery reminder email sent by Medibles™.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You may cancel by emailing support@medibles.io. You may cancel at any time, but if you cancel after your next shipment has been prepared or shipped you will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription. Cancellation requests make take up to five business days to process.

In the event you cancel your Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Medibles™, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

WHOLESALE PAYMENTS:

● Primary method for payments on wholesale orders are check, e-check, money order or wire transfer

● If Credit Card is the only means by which a customer can pay for a wholesale order, please contact us to arrange for payment, a 5% processing fee may apply.
