Retention Period

Accordingly, even if you close your account we will retain certain information as necessary to meet our legal obligations and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
We retain your Personal Information even after you have closed your Member Account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.
Information you have shared with others (e.g. comments, posted reviews, group posts) will remain visible after you closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile, and we do not control the data that other Members copied out of our Service. Review content associated with closed accounts will show an unknown user as the source.

Subscriptions
Medibles™ Subscribers receive shipments approximately every four weeks containing an approximately thirty day supply of hemp derived products.
Medibles™ provides an automatically recurring subscription service. When you register for our subscription service, approximately every four weeks thereafter you will receive a package from Medibles™ containing your order. You can find specific details regarding your order and the Medibles™ Service (“Account”) by emailing support@medibles.io.
When you register for your subscription service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (A) Medibles™ (or our third party payment processor) is automatically authorized to charge your payment method approximately every four weeks for your subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your subscription continues, and (B) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it in accordance with the terms herein or until we suspend the subscription service or stop providing access to the site or products in our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Medibles™ is not required to obtain any additional authorization from you for such automatic, recurring payments, and that your payment method will be charged at least one full business day before your order is shipped. You may pause or adjust the frequency of your recurring order as often as you'd like by managing your delivery from your delivery reminder email sent by Medibles™.
Cancellation Policy
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You may cancel by emailing support@medibles.io. You may cancel at any time, but if you cancel after your next shipment has been prepared or shipped you will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription. Cancellation requests make take up to five business days to process.
In the event you cancel your Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Medibles™, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

Typographical and Inadvertent Errors
In the event that a Medibles product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, medibles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Medibles shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price charged to you.

Shipping & Delivery
We generally ship items within one or two business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site.
We fill domestic orders using United States Postal Service Priority Mail and United Parcel Service, which generally results in delivery within two to three days. Requests for use of a courier service or for overnight shipping cannot be processed on this website; however, we generally can accommodate these requests if you place your order by phone at the telephone number first appearing above. medibles requires a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $250 or more.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any delivery date requested or providedis an estimate only. Medibles is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation laws, rules, regulations or acts of any government, embargoes, blockades, armed conflict, terrorism, labor disputes, delays of carriers or suppliers, shortages of material, accidents, fires, floods, weather conditions and any other acts of God.
Unless otherwise noted on this website, delivery of products is FCA (Incoterms (2010), the international rules for the interpretation of trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce) medibles’ facility where the products you order are located at the time of shipment. This means that you will be charged for the cost of shipping, and title and risk of loss will pass to you upon medibles’ delivery of the products you order to the U.S. postal service or courier service.
International Sales
All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls (including, without limitation, the Export Administration Act of 1979, the Export Administration Regulations promulgated thereunder, the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and by placing an order through this website, you affirm that youwill comply with all such applicable export controls and regulations.
You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and authorizations. Customs and import duties may apply to international sales. Returns/Refunds Policy
We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. Please contact us at 866-546-0694 or support@medibles.io and one of our Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you.
Limited to one return or exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $110.00 qualify for a refund. We do not take returns based on taste. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
If yourproduct was purchased through a medibles distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, medibles will notbe responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means UPS or the courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to medibles, medibles will reship the order. Please note that medibles is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It, therefore, is very important that you ensure that the address you give to us is exactly correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you. If you place an order by phone, we will read the delivery address (and other information you provide) aloud and repeat it to you, to help you be sure it is correct.
Product Defects & Damaged Packages
We allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
